The Flower Plant

Currently, we can only offer delivery services within the Leicestershire area. Our delivery hours are 8.30am—6pm, Monday—Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays where our store will not be open). We cannot currently offer time slots for your delivery however, if you do require a specific timed delivery please call us on 01509 813 108 to discuss this further. If the time slot is out of business hours there may be an additional charge for this service.
Whilst we are still getting used to our commerce site, we cannot offer next day delivery services. This is in order to avoid any disappointment due to high volume of orders. If you need your flowers for the same day, please call us on 01509 813 108 to arrange this.
In the event of you wishing to send out orders to multiple addresses, it is important that you complete separate orders for each of these.
We cannot accept responsibility if the incorrect delivery address is given. Please take care when placing your order.
In the event of recipients not being at delivery location we will either contact the purchaser, find a safe space to leave delivery (porches etc.) or deliver to a neighbour and leave a card.
Our flowers and plants are subject to availability. In the event of availability issues with our suppliers we reserve the rights to substitute bouquet content for other flowers without giving notice. We aim to provide you with what we have displayed on imagery however, this is subject to change with seasons as flower availability fluctuates.
Our range - Brights, Pastel and Dried is just an overview of the feel for what you will be receiving, the contents of the bouquets will not always be the same as shown in images however, we will stick to the specific colour theme.
If you require us to either include, or ensure not to include a specific flower in your order then you must call the shop to discuss this.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We pride ourselves on ensuring we buy the best quality flowers in the industry however, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase or your flower life is not up to satisfaction then this is our policy.
In ideal conditions, we expect our flowers to last at least 7 days.
If you wish to return an order, you must notify us and return it within 24 hours of receiving it. It must be returned in the same condition that you received it in, unused and not broken. We cannot accept responsibility if you break our products after delivery.
Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management. Because of the perishable nature of our products you are advised to make any complaint within 1 working day of the delivery of your flowers. We always endeavour to reach an agreement with the recipient for either a replacement or a refund depending upon the nature of the complaint. A photograph of the product will be required in order to process the complaint.
